COMPANY PROFILE
Bemoco Land Surveying was originally founded by Murray Young ALS in 1978 and operated under Young Surveys. A group of land agents, engineers and professional land surveyors started Bemoco Land Surveying and Engineering. In December 1983 Bemoco Land Surveying Ltd was formed and wholly owned by Murray Young ALS. In 2017 Kevin Vennard ALS, obtained position as president and assumes responsibility of operations of Bemoco Land Surveying Ltd.

KEVIN VENNARD | ALS #914
Kevin took over operations of Bemoco in 2017 as President and became owner in 2020. Kevin has been surveying in Alberta for over 25 years and has in depth knowledge of surveying in central Alberta.
MIKE METCALFE | ALS #1020
Mike joined Bemoco in 2019. Mike is a project manager with over 20 years of experience in the survey industry. His knowledge in the oil and gas sector is a great asset to our team.
MURRAY YOUNG | ALS #425
Murray has been surveying in Alberta for 40 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to every project he handles.
ROBERTO PORRAS
Roberto (Robert) graduated from West Negros University in 1994, in the Philippines, with a degree in civil engineering. Robert currently is our drafting/ production manager. Robert brings over 18 years of experience to Bemoco.
DON BORLEY
Don has over 10 years of drafting experience. Don is currently in charge of all Bemoco’s calculations for new plot plans and home construction.
DEBRA VALCKX
Debra is currently our office manager and is in charge of the day to day operations of Bemoco. Deb brings over 25 years’ experience to Bemoco.
